Ordering and Receiving a Delivery from

Upon placing an order with, you will receive an automatic email stating that your order has been received. However, this does not mean we have accepted your order.

Some of our parcels are not letterbox sized. Where a parcel cannot be delivered due to no one being in, a card will be left at the recipient address notifying the occupier that a delivery was attempted. Collection details and/or options for a redelivery at a convenient other time will be provided on the card. Boxes that cannot be delivered (incorrect addresses, ‘gone-aways’, no response from recipient following delivery attempt etc) will be returned to our office after four weeks. At this point we will notify the sender that the box has not been delivered.  

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday – Friday) once payment has cleared.

Once an order has dispatched we use Royal Mail First Class standard delivery for UK orders, unless Special Delivery is specified. Royal Mail First Class usually takes 1-2 working days. 

Royal Mail First Class items are not tracked. If you would like your order to be tracked, please specify the Special Delivery option. Items usually arrive in the 1-2 working days timeframe but sometimes there are delays in the Royal Mail postal system. If you’re order hasn’t arrived after 7-10 working days from date of order, please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Delivery in Europe

All orders in the EU and Europe are sent Royal Mail standard airmail and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) once payment has cleared. Orders with this delivery usually take 5-10 working days to arrive from date of dispatch. Tracking options for delivery in Europe are available.

Delivery Australia/America/South America/Asia

All orders sent to the above countries and continents are sent by Royal Mail standard airmail and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) once payment has cleared. Orders with this delivery usually take 5-10 working days to arrive from date of dispatch. Orders can take longer due to customs holdings and delays in your local postal area. Tracking options for international orders are available. Please note any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Special Delivery in the UK only

In need of a product in a hurry for a special occasion or gift?

We offer special delivery as an option for UK orders which means products can be ordered with the confidence that they will arrive the next working day. This option comes with tracking and will require a signature on arrival. Some of our products can’t always be sent next working day. We will contact you as soon as the order is placed in order to rectify any such issues. If in doubt do email us!

Please note that we cannot amend address details once payment has gone through and we will not send replacements or refund orders, which go missing due to an incomplete address. Please note that any delivery dates and times stated on our website are estimates only and we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on a particular date
